Putting You Back in the Driving Seat!

PARENT COACHING

Having kids is a huge privilege and joy, however sometimes depending on circumstance, it can feel like a pretty big chore, and if you feel that you are giving a lot more than you are receiving, it can start to challenge your perspective. This can evoke parents' guilt, shame, and resentment, resulting in worry, overwhelm or emotional instability. Sadly, this is very common, but thankfully it is easily fixed, and this doesn't require months or years of therapy!

WHY COACHING WORKS

Coaching empowers you to focus on strengths and practical solutions rather than dwelling on past challenges. By adopting a forward-thinking, action-oriented approach, coaching provides you with tools to tackle parenting hurdles with confidence and clarity. It emphasises collaboration, helping you increase self-awareness, resilience, and communication skills, and helping nurture positive relationships.

Whether parenting neurodivergent or neurotypical children, coaching shifts the focus from 'What’s Wrong' to 'What’s Strong,' fostering growth, optimism, and a ripple effect of acceptance, compassion and wellbeing for the whole family

What Can I Expect?

Depending on your personal needs you have the option to join a three or six-month tailored coaching programme, which offers a holistic blend of positive psychology, neuroscience and self-coaching concepts to enable you to reshift your focus from 'What's Wrong' to 'What's Stong', finding clarity of purpose to become a positive contagion within your household.

Sessions last 60-90 minutes, giving ample time to share, reflect and learn, setting clear objectives and accountability to stay on track and motivated. All programmes come with the added value of The Positive Parent Membership offering you full support between sessions, so you can keep up the momentum, troubleshoot and most importantly, thrive! The six-month option also comes with an extra 1:1 coaching session (9 sessions + 1 free)

“I can’t thank you enough for giving me back my life!

I hadn’t fully realised the impact I was having on others, but my kids are doing great now in school and Dan and I have rekindled something that we haven’t seen in years, but enough about that!

Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
