We are excited to share our knowledge
Tamara and Zeena met at university while studying applied positive psychology and coaching psychology. They discovered they were both very passionate about embedding positive psychology into the British educational system, having worked in education for a combined total of 35 years.
Zeena's background in senior leadership, marketing, communications and business development in independent schools and higher education, married with Tamara's 15 years as a teacher and senior manager, in the independent and state sectors gave them vast knowledge of the gaps missing to sustain happy, creative and progressive schools year after year. Together they have created an invaluable suite of evidence-based positive psychology coaching programmes and resources, steering a triad approach to wellbeing and performance, where teachers, pupils and parents take equal responsibility for the future of a more collaborative, compassionate and kinder world.
